Returns & Exchanges

At SunnahBD, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

• You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.
• If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact our customer support team before returning your item.
• Items for exchange must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and with tags attached).
• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Items on sale or clearance.
• Opened or used personal care items (such as perfumes, cosmetics, and hygiene products).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Ship your item to the return address provided by our support team.
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your request accordingly.
